Through the enquiry form on this website, we collect only what you choose to enter:

- Email address — so we can respond to your enquiry

- Service required (optional) — so we can direct your enquiry correctly

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as government identifiers, financial details or health information through this form.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide the security services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
3. How your enquiry reaches us
This website has no database — nothing you submit is stored on this site. When you send the form, your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our form delivery provider, Web3Forms, which forwards them to our business email address and does not retain them for its own purposes. Web3Forms' infrastructure may be located outside Australia, which means your enquiry may be processed overseas in the course of being delivered to us.
Once delivered, your enquiry sits in our business email account and is retained there as a record of our correspondence with you.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our web host records standard server logs (including IP addresses and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, as almost all web servers do.
5. Who we share it with
We share your personal information only with:
- our form delivery provider and email provider, purely to transmit and store your message;
- our own staff who need it to respond to you;
- anyone we are required to disclose it to by law, or to protect the safety of a person.
6. Security
This website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nexshieldsecurity.com.au or call +61 451 844 001 and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for making a request.
8. Complaints
